Explore Schenectady and learn about its history from the unique vantage point of the waters of the Mohawk River/Erie Canal. Paddle alongside a Schenectady County Historical Society Guide who will take you back in time to discuss the river and its surroundings. Count your paddling miles toward the Canalway Challenge. Please purchase tickets online at schenectadyhistorical.org/programs. Tickets include a kayak, life vest, and paddle. Guests should be prepared to paddle for about two hours.
