The parking lot behind the McNeil building, nestled between Main, Central and Church Streets will be transformed into a family-friendly celebration of art and creativity. The celebration will be free; artist vendors, live music, performing artists, live pottery demonstration, interactive chalk mural with festival goers participation, 3-D Chalk Artists, children’s activities, wine and craft beverage tasting and food from downtown restaurants.
