The 37th Annual Troy Victorian Stroll is the ultimate kickoff to the Holiday Season. The festival, located in historic downtown Troy, is recognized as the Northeast’s largest free holiday festival, where the city is transformed into a winter wonderland. Nearly 30,000 people gather to experience the unique stores, delicious restaurants, and festive activities throughout the walkable downtown.
