Join us every Sunday for a beginner friendly meditation class. Learn practical ways to feel empowered to change yourself and change the world. These classes include guided meditation, a short teaching and beautiful chanted prayers for world peace. The focus is on solutions to problems in daily life, authentic optimism and the development of altruistic love and compassion. Connect with an experience of inner peace through meditation and leave with practical inner tools to apply to your daily life.

Everyone is welcome, we sit in chars and no experience is necessary. Class is free, donations are accepted.

Before or after class enjoy healthy snacks and locally roasted coffee and vegetarian fare in the World Peace Cafe, immerse yourself in the stunning foliage on our 82 acres of trails and woodlands, or explore the local Sullivan County Catskills towns. Enjoy a relaxing day in the peaceful environment of the Sullivan Catskills.
