Join WCNY for a delightful evening of food, wine, and storytelling with celebrity host, successful chef, restaurateur, James Beard nominated cookbook author and television personality, Richard Blais.

This annual fundraiser includes a four-course dinner designed by Blais.

With additional donations, participants can mingle with Blais at a reception, bid on items in a silent auction and even have brunch with the chef the next day.
The Oct. 14 dinner includes:

First course: tuna tonnato toast (tuna tartare, avocado, grilled sourdough, botanicals)
Second course: Choose between endive salad with pears and hazelnuts; or kale Caesar with duck egg and confit
Entree: Choose between steak and potatoes with apple ketchup; or roasted chicken with butternut squash puree, Brussel kraut and fennel gravy; or vegetarian lasagna with raclette and winter truffle.
Dessert: Peanut butter and jelly (Macadamia nut cake, grape ice cream "rocks," vanilla meringue and lovage)

$150 Taste of Fame dinner ticket
Starts at 6:15 p.m. Oct. 14 at the Oncenter
Includes the four-course meal and Finger Lakes wine.

$250 Taste of Fame VIP ticket
Starts at 4:15 p.m. at WCNY
Includes the dinner, plus:

VIP studio soiree champagne meet-and-greet
In-studio TV recording
Cocktail hour
Silent auction
$400 Richard Blais experience ticket (only 20 available)
Starts at 4:15 p.m.
Includes the dinner, the VIP ticket access, plus:

Preferred seating at dinner
Transportation between WCNY to Oncenter
A swag bag
Sunday, Oct. 15 seven-course brunch with Blais at Modern Malt Bakeshop
Blais will sign your copy of "So Good"
Also, group tables are available:
$1,500 will buy 10 tickets to dinner, cocktails and the silent auction
$2,500 will buy 10 VIP tickets and preferred seating at the dinner
