Take a ride on Wayne County’s Apple Trail. Wayne County, located on the southern shore of Lake Ontario between Rochester and Syracuse, is the number one apple producing county in New York State. This is a self-guided tour that will take you along scenic country roads ablaze in autumn glory from market to market.

Along the way, taste the different varieties and take the “Apple Taste Test.” Enjoy apples, baked goods, cider, fresh produce, door prize drawings and more at each location.
