The museum is home to thousands of pieces of memorabilia and collectibles related to the popular MGM movie, "The Wizard of Oz"

Chittenango is the birthplace of L. Frank Baum, author of many children’s books including his most famous book, "The Wonderful Wizard of Oz."

Year-round: Hear the stories of the thieves and murderers that once lurked along the Erie Canal towpath, the boiler explosion that killed two workers, and a young boy who accidentally died from jumping off a bridge into the water.

At the Canal Boat Museum visitors can learn history through words and artifacts, and imagine the life of those living on the canal in the 19th century.

Clark Reservation State Park's natural features include rugged cliffs and rocky outcrops, woodland and meadow, a wetland and a glacial meromictic lake.

This family-owned brewery promotes the history of hops on the Erie Canal and the use of 100% local ingredients, using only grain from their own farm and from local craft malt houses.
