LEGOLAND New York Resort
2022 season opens April 8: ​Designed for kids aged 2 through 12, the 150-acre theme park has more than 50 interactive rides, shows and attractions along with a 250-room hotel with themed rooms.
2022 season opens April 8: Located in Upstate New York’s Hudson Valley, the newly opened LEGOLAND® New York Resort invites you to “ride, climb, splash, and build your way through seven themed lands at the ultimate LEGO® theme park destination!”
Designed for kids aged 2 through 12, the 150-acre theme park features more than 50 interactive rides, shows and attractions along with a 250-room hotel with themed rooms. The cool thing is most attractions are designed for families to enjoy and ride all together.

Begin your Lego journey at Brick Street where you will find the iconic LEGOLAND arch and lots of comical minifigures along with some eye-popping LEGO sculptures. Take time to shop at the Big Store before you begin your adventure or before you leave.
The other LEGOLAND worlds include:
1/. Bricktopia, where kids can build their own structures, or take part in themed guided builds with adult builders in costume. The highlight of this land is the LEGO Factory Adventure Ride, a trackless attraction where riders are shrunk down to the size of a minifig. When you make a pose for a photo, your minifig will strike the same pose!
2/. The LEGO Ninjago World brings out the ninja in your child with a ninja training camp and the LEGO Ninjago: The Ride, where they can try to defeat bad guys with all they have learned and earn points.
3/. The LEGO Castle area has two dragon-themed roller coasters and a Tower Climb Tournament ride, where you will pull on a rope to raise your child’s chair high into the air and then watch as they float back to earth.
4/. Kids, get your LEGO driver’s license at LEGO City, where you can drive real LEGO cars and train to be firefighters, police or members of the Coast Guard.
5/. Prepare to get wet in LEGO Pirate land and then dry off as you wander through Miniland
(a feature of every LEGOLAND) which re-creates cities, landmarks and other attractions re-built in miniature entirely out of LEGO bricks. Many have interactive elements – for instance, turn a crank to spin the Central Park carousel.
The theme park also offers several restaurant options along with food carts, snacks and ice cream.
