Dark Island Spirits is the only distillery in the entire country that “musically matures” its product using – you guessed it – music! The company’s patented TIIME™ (Tactile Immersed Isolated Maturation Engine) device is a process that creates liquid waves, causing an interaction between the charred wood and spirit that gives it a unique flavor. Each of the distillery’s spirits are Musically Matured™ to different genres of music with the genre displayed on the label of each product.

 
Along with its handcrafted bourbon, brandy, rum, whiskey, vodka and specialty spirits, the distillery also offers local craft beers and wine slushies.
