Step into the village at the Farmers' Museum and you will be stepping right into American history brought to life right before your eyes.

As one of the oldest rural life museums in the country, you will have the opportunity to experience life circa 1845 on a working farm at Lippitt Farmstead and explore a recreated Historic Village.

Founded in 1943, the museum also comprises the Empire State Carousel and a Colonial Revival stone barn listed on the National Register for Historic Places.
