The largest park in the New York State system, Allegany State Park, has both paved and natural trails throughout its 65,000 acres that are ideal for wilderness hiking and biking, horseback riding and snowmobiling !

If you like wine and beer, the Lake Erie Wine Country trail includes 23 wineries .. while the popular Southern Tier and Ellicottville Brewing Companies feature award-winning craft brews and facility tours.

Catch your culture fix at Chautauqua Institution, a haven for the arts and well-known for its iconic lecture series that over the years has hosted distinguished speakers like Susan B. Anthony, Franklin D. Roosevelt, Jane Goodall and Sandra Day O’Connor. Every year the Institution hosts a brand new medly of programs. And, of course, don’t miss the Lucille Ball Desi Arnaz Museum & Comedy Center  in nearby Jamestown.
