Enjoy a weekend away from the busyness of daily life. Start your getaway Friday evening with a relaxing meditation and a delicious meal in the Kadampa World Peace Temple and cafe. Saturday morning, take our workshop and learn how meditation can help us be happier and solve our problems. The Meditation Workshop topic is “Stopping Distractions”. We will observe silence on Saturday.

In the afternoon, explore our 82 acres of natural woodlands or the charm of Catskills. Then on Sunday, set a peaceful tone for your return home by coming to our morning meditation class with Prayers for World Peace. Everyone is welcome and no experience is necessary.

Friday Night Gourmet Meal & Meditation $20 per person.
Saturday Meditation Workshop $20.
