The Adirondacks
Located approximately 12 miles from the village of Saranac Lake, this facility specializes in rearing landlocked Atlantic salmon for statewide distribution.
Bath Fish Hatchery
The Finger Lakes
Located one mile from the village of Bath, this hatchery rears lake trout, brown trout and rainbow trout from fish collected from Cayuga Lake.
Caledonia Hatchery
Niagara-Western NY
Established in 1864, this hatchery is the oldest hatchery in New York State and the Western Hemisphere.

Located two of New York State's fabled trout streams, the Beaver Kill and Willowemoc Creek, Catskill Hatchery specializes in rearing brown trout.
