Sunset Tiki Tours in Oswego
Two-hour excursions can accommodate up to 6 adults each aboard two pontoon boats decked out to look and feel like floating tiki bars.
In 2022, the City of Oswego began offering summertime sunset tiki tours around the Oswego Harbor, and the tradition continues in 2023.
The two-hour excursions can accommodate up to 6 adults each aboard two pontoon boats decked out to look and feel like floating tiki bars: the SS Oswego and the SS Ontario. Each boat is piloted by an experienced captain and there is a skipper aboard to offer narration about the sites and scenery, as well as the history and revitalization of Oswego’s waterfront.
All riders on the tiki tour must be over 18 years old to participate. Food and drinks are not served onboard, but you can bring your own, including alcohol for those over 21 years of age.
Tours are typically offered Wednesday evenings through Sunday evenings in July and August, but may expand their availability this year.
In 2023, the city plans to expand the attraction to create a Tiki Party Dock experience, which can accommodate up to 20 people for a three-hour party on a stationary dock in the harbor.
