In addition to picnicking, equestrian trails, hiking, fishing (trout stream), and cross-country skiing, Ward Pound Ridge offers full-service cabins with all the amenities. Tent and lean-to camping and even recreational vehicle sites available with full electric and water hookups.
Other amenities include restrooms, playground, picnic tables and pavilions, a trailside nature museum and more.

Kingsland Point Park
Built in 1926, this waterfront park offers hiking trails, ballfields, children’s play areas, benches overlooking the Hudson River, picnic areas, and a newly renovated 1926 bathhouse.
Kensico Dam Plaza
Completed in 1917, this historic dam features a 9-11 memorial, “The Rising,” an open structure that can be approached from all directions and areas for picnicking, in-line skating, nature walks and more.
