Seated in the Mt. Hope-Highland Historic District, the lovely Highland Park rests in a scenic setting of hills and valleys created from glacial deposits. This 150-acre park host to many fun activities, interesting attractions and events, including Rochester's famous Lilac Festival, which draws more than 500,000 visitors to the annual May event.
 

Also available in the park is the Lamberton Conservatory, which is open year-round and features a beautiful collection of plants from many different places. Many memorials and gardens are located in the park, including The Vietnam Veterans Memorial, Workers' Memorial, Victims' Rights Memorial, and the AIDS Remembrance Garden.
