Winter Fun at Betty & Wilber Davis State Park

Along with birdwatching and nature hikes, the park offers winter activities like cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and snowmobile trails that connect to the state corridor trail system.

Perched atop a hill, Betty and Wilbur Davis State Park provides spectacular views to the south and west and is bedecked with a forest of hardwoods, areas of conifer plantation, gently rolling meadowlands and two ponds. With expansive views and tranquil surroundings, this 229-acre state park is a favorite among birdwatchers and nature lovers.


Along with birdwatching and nature hikes, the parks offers winter activities like cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and snowmobile trails that connect to the state corridor trail system. Full service cottages are available year round. 


Located in Westford, the park is just a short drive from Cooperstown, home of the National Baseball Hall of Fame.
 

Leashed, household pets welcome during day use only; pets are not allowed in cottages.
