With a little more than 2,000 acres on the eastern shore of Seneca Lake, Sampson State Park is ideal for a variety of recreational activities, especially camping and boating. The park has just over 300 campsites with the majority of them electric. There are also cabins and cottages to rent.

Popular activities include fishing, hunting, biking, hiking, tennis, horseshoes, basketball, volleyball and geocaching. In the winter, the trails are open for snowshoeing and cross-country skiing. The park is also an exciting place to enjoy wildlife viewing and photography any time of year.
 

PET POLICY: Pets are welcome but must be leashed. They are not allowed in rental units.
