Camp Orenda offers the opportunity to get the most out of the Adirondack outdoors while at the same time enjoying plush glamping “Canvas Cabin,” each in their own private natural setting. The contemporary rustic-designed interiors and lush furnishings are surrounded by nature where you can take long hikes on winding paths and mountain trails, wade barefoot in cool streams, canoe on tranquil lakes or just gaze at the star filled night sky all while enjoying the sounds of the Adirondack wild.
Daily dining at Orenda is all-inclusive and meals are cooked over an open wood flame using traditional cast iron skillets, griddles and Dutch ovens. Orenda offers healthy cuisine, using fresh ingredients from local farmers and the camp’s on-site heirloom garden.
Amenities also include the Creek Side Pavilion for relaxing and dining that has wet bar with guest wine and beer refrigerators, a stocked soda cooler, wide variety of fresh baked cookies, snacks, s’mores and more as well as a Rustic Bath House with two unisex bathrooms, complete with heated toilet seats for the cooler months and a center washbasin. Camp Orenda is only about 21 miles from Lake George and all of its attractions, shopping and craft breweries.
