Your racing excitement starts at Saratoga Race Course, one of America’s oldest sporting venues and named as one of Sports Illustrated’s 10 best sporting venues in the country. For even more racing action, head on over to Saratoga Casino Resort to enjoy harness racing, gaming and pampering at the elegant Saratoga Casino Hotel.
 


 
And Saratoga Springs has no shortage of cultural attractions. Numerous galleries are found in the Beekman Street Arts District and Downtown Arts District, including Saratoga Arts, a non-profit organization that presents gallery exhibits, art classes and performances. This three-block Arts District supports a relaxed but vibrant community of working artists and an inviting mix of small specialty shops, artist studios, restaurants and pubs and residences.

 
Skidmore College is home to the Arthur Zankel Music Center, Schick Art Gallery and the architecturally striking Tang Teaching Museum, offering music and dance performances to the public all year long. The National Museum of Racing and Hall of Fame features a renowned equine art collection, stunning trophies, thoroughbred racing memorabilia and more while the Saratoga Automobile Museum exhibits vintage models and race cars.


And your trip to Saratoga Springs would not be complete without a visit to Saratoga Spa State Park which, along with its year-round recreational opportunities, features mineral springs offering soothing mineral baths in its classical bath and spa houses.
