Singer Castle is the only castle on the St. Lawrence River in the Thousand Islands to be completed, fully furnished and resided in during the heyday of the "great builders" and industrialists in New York.

Located on the five-acre Dark Island, the four-story, 28-room castle remained in the possession of the original Bourne family from its construction in 1905 until the mid-1960s. Frederick Bourne was the fifth President of the Singer Sewing Machine Company, which is where the name “Singer Castle” came from.

Along with tours, the castle also offers luxury accommodations for up to 6 people in their Royal Suite where the 28-room castle and the seven-acre island can become yours for the evening! Be treated to a catered dinner in the evening and an extended private personal redundant tour as well as a continental breakfast, complete with coffee, tea, pastries and cold beverages in the morning.
