Just six miles north of Old Forge, Great Pines is scenically located on more than 13 private acres with 600 feet of prime waterfront on the region’s most popular lake, Fourth Lake, offering expansive views of the lake and the surrounding mountains of the central Adirondacks. The beautiful rooms feature custom Amish wood furnishings, free Wi-Fi and flat-screen TVs. Upgraded rooms add balconies with mountain or lake views while the suites add whirlpool tubs, microwaves and mini-fridges.


The three cottages offer living rooms with pull-out sofas; the Honeymoon cabin features a wood-burning stove and Jacuzzi. This resort also has an upscale restaurant and a rustic eatery and bar with a lakeside deck. Other amenities include a private beach and boat slips.
