Through the practice of sustainable vineyard cultivation, the winery has been able to attain consistent grape quality and optimal fruit production and is the home of "Cranberry Essence" and the "Vigneron" vine-leasing program.
The estate’s gift shop features local and handmade products, including artisan cheeses and picnic delights, while The Copper Oven offers mouthwatering wood-fired pizzas and a rotating menu highlighting home-grown, locally sourced ingredients.
