The 11th annual Buffalo Cherry Blossom Festival will take place in on Friday and Saturday, April 27 and 28, 2024 in the Japanese Garden in Delaware Park, behind the Buffalo Museum. Featuring food, drinks, entertainment, activities, local vendors, rowboat rides on the lake and more, the event is a celebration of the annual blooming of the cherry trees in the garden.
It traditionally also includes activities celebrating Japanese culture, such as tea ceremonies, language lessons, origami and other traditional art and craft instruction, drum and dancing groups, and more. Admission to the festival is free.
