The village’s downtown historic district’s shops and galleries are housed in restored buildings dating back to 1796 and taking a stroll through Skaneateles is like taking a stroll back in time.

During the Spring/Summer/Fall months, take a liesurely tour of one of the 11 Finger Lakes, Skaneateles Lake, aboard the historic craft, the Judge Ben Wiles.

The surrounding area offers endless opportunities for exploration ranging from turn-of-the-century architecture, to stops along the Underground Railroad, to some of the most beautiful hiking trails you'll find in New York State.
