Adirondack Railbike Adventures offers 7-mile round trip railbike excursions from its Tupper Lake station each spring, summer and fall. The trip route follows the Raquette River and passes over a bridge, along the water and through the forest for a variety of views, from distant mountains to towering trees.
The trip is open to humans of all ages, but no dogs are allowed. Riders can choose from tandem and quad bikes. Reservations are recommended and can be made at https://adirondackscenicrailbikes.com/railbike-rides/the-raquette-rambler/.
