Brown’s Brewing Company’s Troy Taproom is the company’s second location and was the first brewery restaurant in the Capital Region. The brewery itself produces more than 80 styles of ales and lagers and its award-winning Pale Ale, Oatmeal Stout, and Whiskey Porter are on tap at Troy Taproom. Its rotating taps offer a variety of hand-crafted favorites that range from sours to IPAs, and barrel aged experiments to seasonal favorites.
 

This waterfront taproom also features an expansive menu of American and gastro-pub fare with vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options available that can be enjoyed riverside on the patio. The taproom also hosts events and live entertainment.
 

Brown’s Brewing Co. has earned a number of awards over the years, including TAP New York’s 2008 Matthew Vassar Cup for the Best Brewery in the Hudson Valley; a Gold medal for its Pale Ale by the Culinary Institute of America; winner of the prestigious World Beer Cup Gold and Silver Awards for our Oatmeal Stout and Whiskey Porter, respectively, and Metroland readers have consistently voted Brown’s Best Brewpub in the Capital Region since 2008.
