Local 315 Brewing Company

Local 315 grows several varieties of its own hops in addition to producing its own honey and is one of the first in the area to offer a "crowler."

Located in a rural setting on the Mathews family's Fawn Crossing Hop Farm, Local 315 (the name representing the local area code) grows several varieties of its own hops in addition to producing its own honey.


It is also one of the first breweries in the area to offer beer to go in a "crowler" – a 32-ounce can of beer filled and sealed to go – similar to the more typical "growlers," which are 64-ounce glass jugs for taking beer home.
